The file contains claims with dates of service January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 that were received, processed, and passed to the National Claims History file by February 16, 2023. This file includes 2,493,641 claims for services furnished by renal dialysis centers that were paid under the ESRD PPS and AKI PPS. This is a flat file available on DVD.
