Pueblo of Zuni's LTSS Network
Pueblo of Zuni has a wide network of LTSS programs for elders. These programs work together to provide comprehensive, culturally appropriate care to elders within the community.
The network’s main programs are:
- Zuni Adult Day Care Services
- Zuni Home Health, a federally qualified health center
- Zuni Senior Center
- the Zuni IHS hospital’s Elder Care Program
The Elderly Services Coordinating Committee coordinates Zuni's LTSS programs and addresses gaps in services.
Services provided
The network offers a broad range of services to help Zuni elders maintain as much independence and dignity as possible.

Home health aides to assist with daily activities

Funding
The Zuni Adult Day Care program receives financial support from:
- Title VI Nutrition for the Elderly
- Title V Older Worker Program
- the state of New Mexico
Zuni Home Health receives Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement, and the IHS hospital’s Elder Care Program is funded through IHS.
Eligibility
Zuni Senior Center provides care for people age 55 and older and their spouses (regardless of their age). IHS Elder Care provides services for elders who qualify for health benefits from IHS.
