ICD-10-PCS Tables

ICD-10-PCS Tables give the available value choices to build a complete and valid code. They're arranged in alphanumeric order and organized according to the first 3 characters of the 7-character code.

Each Table has 4 columns and varying numbers of rows. At the top of each Table, you can find the values for characters 1-3. Table columns specify the allowable values for characters 4-7, and rows specify the valid combinations of values.
