Course Goals

This course shows you how to:

• Recognize the basic parts of the Medicare Program
• Recognize differences between Medicare Part A, Part B, Part C, and Part D
• Identify health insurance choices, eligibility requirements, and enrollment options for the Medicare Program
• Recognize how Medigap and other insurance work with the Medicare Program
• Identify the roles that providers, agencies, contractors, and organizations play in the Medicare Program
• Identify the steps to become a Medicare provider
