4. Select 5 security questions and provide answers you know you’ll remember. You must answer these questions if you forget your password.
5. Click the Continue button at the bottom of the page. You’ll see a webpage showing fields for your personal information.
6. Complete the required fields to validate your identity. Then click the Continue button. You’ll see a new screen with specific questions based on the information you provided.
