Medicare HETS Desktop (HDT) - System Availability - Thursday, October 8, 2020

Medicare HETS Desktop (HDT) Users:

CMS announces that the HETS Desktop application is currently unavailable.  Attempts to login are receiving a 403 error.

CMS IT is aware of the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible.  Please note that the HETS 270/271 application itself is unaffected; this issue only impacts HETS Desktop (HDT) which is used to create and manage Submitter ID/NPI relationships for HETS.
