CMS Records Schedule

The CMS Records Schedule has been updated.  We have developed Bucket schedules for CMS’s records dispositions.  Buckets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 have replaced the previous schedules. You must use the schedules in those buckets for the disposition of CMS’s records. Please forward your questions to the Records_Retention@cms.hhs.gov mailbox and someone from the records team will respond to your inquiry.
