Medicare HETS - MCARE Help Desk Holiday Closure Reminder – New Year’s Day

Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:   

The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the New Year’s Day holiday on Monday, January 1, 2024.  The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. 

If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
