Each year CMS and states participating in the Financial Alignment Initiative (FAI) jointly update state-specific marketing guidance and model member materials required for use by Medicare-Medicaid Plans (MMPs) and Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO) Plans. Current guidance and model member materials issued by CMS through the Health Plan Management System (HPMS) appear below.
