Contract Award for DME MAC Jurisdiction A

On February 5, 2025, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC (Noridian), has been awarded a new contract for the administration of Medicare Fee-for-Service claims for durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies (DMEPOS) in Jurisdiction A.  The Jurisdiction A DME MAC serves Medicare beneficiaries who reside in the states of Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Vermont.  As Noridian is the incumbent contractor for DME MAC Jurisdiction A, CMS anticipates that implementation of the new contract will go smoothly, with few (if any) disruptions in service for Medicare beneficiaries and providers.  Learn more about DME MAC Jurisdiction D Award Fact Sheet (PDF).

Contract Award for A/B MAC Jurisdiction J

On August 29, 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that Palmetto GBA, LLC (Palmetto) has been awarded a contract for the administration of Medicare Fee-for-Service claims in the states of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee.  As Palmetto is the incumbent contractor for A/B MAC Jurisdiction J, CMS anticipates that implementation of the new contract will go smoothly, with few (if any) disruptions in service for Medicare beneficiaries and providers.  Learn more about this at A/B MAC Jurisdiction J Award Fact Sheet (PDF).
