Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
The MCARE Help Desk is typically open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday with modified holiday hours. MCARE will now be closed on all federal holidays and may have modified hours on the day after a holiday. We will remind you via email about the schedule two business days before a federal holiday.
If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voicemail.
