Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters: 

The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving Day holiday on Thursday, November 23, 2023.  The MCARE Help Desk will be open on Friday, November 24, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.   

The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET on Monday, November 27, 2023. 

If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
