Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS reminds Submitters about tomorrow's HETS R2023Q300 release. This install will not cause an outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system, but submitters may see minor issues during the install. The HETS R2023Q300 release is scheduled to be installed beginning at 9:00 AM ET on Saturday, September 23, 2023. The HETS 270/271 system will remain available during the installation. CMS estimates that the installation will be completed and verified by 12:00 PM (Noon) ET on Saturday, September 23, 2023. MCARE will notify all HETS submitters when the installation is complete.
The HETS R2023Q300 system release includes possible changes to both the HETS 270 request and 271 response. Please read the documentation for more information.
