Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
A wider CMS connectivity issue in the Ashburn data center is currently impacting some Medicare HETS 270/271 submitters. While HETS remains up and available, some HETS submitters are unable to reach the system to submit their 270 requests.
The issue began shortly after midnight ET. CMS IT is engaged and is working to resolve the issue ASAP. Once the wider CMS connectivity issue is resolved, all HETS Submitters should be able to connect as normal.
