The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Columbus Day holiday on Monday, October 14th, 2024.
The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, October 15th, 2024. If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
