The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Juneteenth National Independence Day holiday on Wednesday, June 19th, 2024. 

The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, June 20th, 2024. If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
