The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 2nd, 2024. 

The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, September 3, 2024. If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
