The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 27th, 2024. 

The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, May 28th, 2024. If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
