The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Veterans Day holiday on Monday, November 11th, 2024.
The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, November 12th, 2024. If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
