The MCARE Help Desk will be closed in observance of the Birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on Monday, January 15th, 2024.  

The MCARE Help Desk will return to the regular hours of operation of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024. If you encounter a significant HETS issue outside of operational hours, please call the MCARE Help Desk and leave a voice mail.
