- Among Medicare beneficiaries living in the community in 2022, dually eligible beneficiaries were more likely to live alone or live in a multigenerational household (40 percent and 29 percent, respectively) compared with beneficiaries who were not dually eligible (28 percent and 15 percent, respectively).
- In 2022, 46 percent of dually eligible beneficiaries had two or more disabilities, compared with 18 percent of beneficiaries who were not dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.
