Evaluation of the Medicare Acute Care Episode (ACE) Demonstration

The purpose of this task order is to design and conduct an evaluation of the Medicare ACE demonstration. The contractor will be responsible for collection of selected data and analysis of both primary data collected via interviews, focus groups, and/or surveys, and secondary data from Medicare claims, CMS administrative data, and secondary survey or market data. The contractor will be responsible for determining the appropriate comparison populations or other methods for evaluating outcomes and budget neutrality, as well as assessing shared savings, as addressed in the MMA legislation.
