Description
The project is designed to create a regional support system for healthcare institutions in the Mahoning Valley area to implement and sustain Lean and Six Sigma Improvement techniques. The program will benefit the patients, healthcare employees, providers, and healthcare institutions that receive services from CMS, and the region as a whole. The projects two main phases of activities are pilot work with Humility of Mary Health (HMH) Partners and the development of a Center of Excellence concept for the region.
