Inter/Intra Agency Agreements for Federal Agency Research Requests

The purpose of this task is to provide data to customers paying through an Interagency Agreement, (IAA). Many federal agencies use IAAs as the mechanism for paying data fees. These requests will be processed by the CCS/RDDC contractor. Any data processing IAA's which do not involve a fee (for example, exchange of goods and services) will not be covered under this task. All payments for data processing shall be provided to CMS to support the CCW/RDDC contract. The contractor shall not receive or accept payments for the processing of data.
