Responsible Reporting Entity

This course provides information regarding who/what entity is an MMSEA Section 111 Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) for Liability Insurance (Including Self-Insurance), No-Fault Insurance, and Workers' Compensation. It reviews the rules that exist for the registration of an entity within a corporate structure and provides examples to help illustrate these rules. This course also clarifies who the RRE is in various situations.
