This file contains new fee schedule amounts for power mobility device codes K0800 thru K0864 in the HCPCS. As previously announced on the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) center page, these codes and fee schedule amounts are effective for Medicare claims with dates of service on or after November 15, 2006. Device codes K0857 and K0859 have been revised.
