2011 Supplemental QRURs (disseminated 6/2013)
This page contains links to Supplemental QRUR templates, methodologies, and supporting information for the 2011 Supplemental Quality and Resource Use Reports (QRURs) that CMS issued in June 2013. CMS made the 2011 Supplemental QRURs available to the 54 large group practices that had previously received 2011 QRURs. The 2011 Supplemental QRURs reflected performance on episodes during a calendar year 2011 performance period. The 2011 Supplemental QRURs used a preliminary episode grouping algorithm to construct episodes of care and attribute them to medical group practices. The 2011 Supplemental QRURs were for informational purposes only and complemented the per capita cost and quality information provided in the QRURs.
CMS will continue to create new reports based on the improved version of the grouping algorithm that is under development. On the archive pages, we will retain past versions of report templates and methodologies.
