Nexavar(r) (sorafenib) is an oral anti-cancer agent that was approved on December 20, 2005 and is now available. This drug should be considered a formulary drug on January 1, 2006. Nexavar should be added to the HPMS and Plan Finder formulary files during the next available upload period.
