ACTION - Attestation of Part D Pricing Approach due November 17, 2006

Please see the attached message from Thomas Hutchinson, Director, Medicare Plan Payment Group, providing guidance on how to submit the required attestation which identifies the pricing approaches that were used in the development of your 2006 and 2007 Part D bids.

Note: You must prepare and mail the attestations of the Part D pricing approach for plan years 2006 and 2007 to CMS by November 17, 2006. Thank you.
