Affordable Care Act Section 6103: Guidance for State Consumer Oriented Websites

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services provides a list of key elements for State website development for States to qualify for Federal funding. The costs for development of the websites and operation are allowable expenses for reimbursement through a combination of Medicaid, Medicare survey and certification, and State-only funds under standard cost- allocation procedures.
