EXPIRED: Home Health Agency (HHA) Interpretive Guidelines

EXPIRATION DATE 3/15/24. • The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is releasing the final (Advanced Copy) of the HHA Interpretive Guidelines associated with the new Conditions of Participation (CoPs) for HHAs that became effective on January 13, 2018.
• The Interpretive Guidelines will be incorporated into the State Operations Manual (SOM), Appendix B.
