• Publication of Proposed Rule for Long-Term Care Facilities: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) published a proposed rule (CMS-3260-P) on July 16, 2015 that would revise the requirements that long-term care facilities must meet in order to participate in the Medicare and Medicaid Programs.
• Comment Period: Comments must be received no later than 5PM on September 14, 2015 to be assured consideration.
