The Comprehensive End-Stage Renal Disease Care (CEC) Model team will host this second in a series of open office house on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 3:00p.m. – 4:00p.m. EDT. This event will serve as an open opportunity for applicants to ask questions of the program team about the application process or the CEC Model.
