The CMS Innovation Center held the fifth in a series of webinars for potential applicants interested in applying to Health Care Innovation Awards Round Two on Wednesday, June 26, 2013. The webinar focused on measuring projects for success and developing an operational plan. Staff also presented and were available to answer questions on related topics including:

  • Demonstrating measurable impact on Better Health and Better Care
  • Driver Diagrams and Theory of Change
  • Developing an Operational Plan
  • Role of Project Officer

This webinar was primarily intended for leaders of organizations interested in applying for or partnering with other entities that have innovate service and delivery payment models.

The Health Care Innovation Awards Round Two is an initiative in which the CMS Innovation Center will invest up to $1 billion for awards and evaluation of projects from across the country that test new payment and service delivery models that will deliver better care and lower costs for Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP enrollees.
