Webinars: Primary Care First Model - Informational Webinar Series

The Primary Care First (PCF) Model team hosted a series of four informational webinars about the PCF Model. Topics discussed included the model's aims, requirements, benefits of participation, and application next steps. Attendees had the opportunity to submit questions to the model options team during each of the webinars.
