Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
Earlier today, the Medicare 270/271 Eligibility system was experiencing higher than normal average response times and intermittent socket connection issues.
This issue was escalated to CMS IT and has been resolved.
The system is now responding normally to all eligibility requests. Average response time is less than 5 seconds. If you have any questions or comments, please contact the Help Desk.
