Medicare HETS Internet Eligibility Submitters:
CMS will be performing maintenance on the Medicare HETS Internet Eligibility system beginning at 10:00 AM ET on Sunday, January 24, 2010. CMS estimates that this maintenance will be completed by 1:00 PM ET on Sunday, January 24, 2010.
Please note that during this period, the Medicare HETS Internet Eligibility system will be available but submitters will notice higher than normal average response times and 'System Unable to Respond' errors. Submitters can avoid these errors by not submitting transactions during the specified maintenance window.
