Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Submitters:
The HETS UI system outage previously announced for the upcoming weekend has changed.
The 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET outage previously announced for Saturday, May 7, 2011 is unchanged. The second outage will now occur beginning at 10:00 PM ET on Saturday, May 7, 2011. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility application will be unavailable during this maintenance period. Attempts to open a HETS UI Internet Eligibility session will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance period will be complete by 12:00 PM (Noon) ET on Sunday, May 8, 2011.
