Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
The Medicare 270/271 Eligibility system remains unavailable. The HETS 270/271 system is currently returning error messages for all incoming eligibility requests.
CMS IT continues their work to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. There is, however, no ETA to restore service to HETS 270/271. CMS will continue working tonight and through the weekend as necessary to restore service. There may be intervals where the entire HETS 270/271 application is offline for maintenance -- during these periods, HETS 270/271 submitters will not be able to connect to the system. MCARE will send an email update when the system has been restored to its normal operational state.
