Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
The Medicare HETS UI Eligibility system is currently intermittently returning responses with the error message 'JSP Processing Error'. The system will allow a user to sign into IACS and enter information into the HETS UI Eligibility system, but will not return proper beneficiary information after the user submits the eligibility request.
This is an intermittent system wide issue and is not the result of user error. This issue has been escalated to CMS IT for review and resolution.
