Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
A number of HETS 270/271 Submitters are currently reporting issues with connectivity to the application. CMS IT is currently investigating this issue and working to improve system availability and performance as quickly as possible.
Also, just a reminder, please remember that there is scheduled maintenance on HETS 270/271 this weekend. This maintenance was originally announced on March 14, 2011:
CMS will perform maintenance on its data center infrastructure beginning at 8:00 PM ET on Friday, April 1, 2011. The HETS 270/271 application will be unavailable during this maintenance period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 10:00 PM ET on Sunday, April 3, 2011.
