Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Submitters:
CMS advises that the previously announced maintenance window on Saturday, December 10, 2011 has been rescheduled. CMS has coordinated scheduling so the previously announced maintenance work will be performed concurrently with the upcoming HETS UI Internet Eligibility 2011 Q4 release on Saturday, December 17, 2011.
CMS announces it will install a system release of the HETS 270/271 system beginning on Saturday, December 17, 2011 that will improve the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system.
This release includes important changes in the HETS UI eligibility response. Please review the online release documentation in the Downloads section below and prepare as necessary. Be sure to refresh your browser window to ensure that you are viewing the most recent copy of each document.
The release is scheduled to be installed on Saturday, December 17, 2011 beginning at 6:00 AM ET. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this system release. Attempts to open an internet session to the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will result in errors. CMS estimates that the installation will be complete by 8:00 PM ET on Saturday, December 17, 2011.
