Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Submitters:
CMS announces that it will perform emergency maintenance on the HETS system the weekend of Friday, December 9, 2011 - Monday, December 12, 2011. The maintenance window will begin at 8:00 PM ET on Friday, December 9, 2011. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility application may be unavailable intermittently during this period. Attempts to open a HETS UI Internet Eligibility session may result in errors. CMS estimates that the emergency maintenance will be complete by 8:00 AM ET on Monday, December 12, 2011.
This emergency maintenance work is in addition to the HETS Q4 release that is scheduled for Saturday, December 17, 2011.
