Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Submitters:
CMS announces that it will perform maintenance on the HETS system on Sunday, January 1, 2012. The maintenance window will begin at 7:00 PM ET on Sunday, January 1, 2012. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility application will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a HETS UI Internet Eligibility session will result in errors.
There is a standing maintenance window for HETS from 12:01 AM ET - 6:00 AM ET each Monday morning. The outage that begins on Sunday , January 1, 2012 will extend into that scheduled maintenance window. CMS estimates that all maintenance (including the standard weekly maintenance) will be complete by 6:00 AM ET on Monday, January 2, 2012.
