Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS continues its efforts to resolve HETS 270/271 performance issues. CMS will begin emergency maintenance on the HETS 270/271 Medicare eligibility system at 4:30 PM ET on Tuesday, January 3, 2012. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be complete by 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, January 3, 2012.
