Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
The Medicare 270/271 Eligibility system has been restored to service. HETS 270/271 is now returning proper eligibility responses with average response times of less than 5 seconds. Submitters may notice that average response times are higher than normal due to high transaction volume following service restoration. CMS IT continues to monitor the situation to ensure stable HETS performance.
