Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
CMS announces that it will perform maintenance on the HETS system the weekends of March 23-25 and March 30-1 April, 2012.
The first maintenance window will begin at 9:00 PM ET on Friday, March 23, 2012. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility application will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a HETS UI Internet Eligibility session will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 9:00 PM ET on Sunday, March 25, 2012
The second maintenance window will begin at 9:00 PM ET on Friday, March 30, 2012. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility application will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a HETS UI Internet Eligibility session will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 9:00 PM ET on Sunday, April 1, 2012.
