A reminder that CMS will modify the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system on Saturday, December 15, 2012. The outage window will begin at 7:00 AM ET on Saturday, December 15, 2012. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to send requests to the UI Internet Eligibility system will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 4:00 PM ET on Saturday, December 15, 2012.
Effective this date, the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system is being modified to return the updated 2013 Medicare rates and deductible amounts (effective for January 2013). 2013 Medicare rates and deductible amount information will be distributed via Medicare’s regular provider communication process.
