CMS installed a change to the HETS 270/271 application late Thursday night that has resolved the time out issues that began on Monday December 17, 2012.  HETS 270/271 response times are now normal with no measurable time outs. 

If you encounter any performance issues with the HETS 270/271 application, please notify the Help Desk accordingly.
