The MCARE Help Desk is located in an area that is experiencing winter weather. To ensure the safety of our employees, the opening of the MCARE Help Desk will be delayed until at least 11:00 AM ET. If you encounter an issue before 11:00 AM ET, please email mcare@cms.hhs.gov for assistance.
